Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

Mat (or Full Sized Towel) for Floor Work
9'' Pilates Ball - Dancers are asked to have this Ball for the first PBT class
Racquetballs (Set of 3) - Dancers should keep these Balls in their Dance Bag
Therabands - Dancers should keep these Balls in their Dance Bag; same Therabands that Dancers should have starting with Ballet Int 2
Large Exercise Ball - This Ball will not be necessary for the first few weeks of class. Instructor will let Dancers know when to bring the Large Exercise Ball with them to class

Sizes:

45 cm - for Dancers under 4'8'' tall
55 cm - for Dancers between 4'9"-5'4" tall
65 cm - for Dancers taller than 5'5" tall
